PHOTOGRAPHERS & VIDEOGRAPHERS:

Media/Press.
PLEASE NOTE THAT MEDIA ACCREDITATION CLOSES TWO WEEKS BEFORE AN EVENT .
We recognises the value of the media for reporting on the WGES.
Please note: Taking photographs to sell for websites such as Roots and Rain does not constitute you receiving a media pass. A media pass is for commercial journalists producing content for a publication. We remind you that attending our events with the purpose of selling your images means you are there in a commercial entity. If you were to then be involved in an incident you could be pursued legally and financially, hence the reason for ensuring you are covered for £3 million public liability.

In line with the recommendation in British Cycling’s Child Protection Policy. Welsh Gravity Enduro request that any person wishing to engage in any video, zoom or close range photography should register their details with the Welsh Gravity Enduro Team. This must be done on arrival at Race Registration. This must be done before carrying out any such photography. The promoter reserves the right to decline entry to any person unable to meet or abide by the promoter’s conditions.

British Cycling’s Photography Guidelines are available HERE.
